    Management of lease obligations will ensure compliance with property agreements for the building exit.  Proper management and execution of procurement, and contracts management, will ensure appropriate vendor selection and service delivery.

  • Technology Integration and Infrastructure Setup

    Coordinate the seamless transition of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring that technology requirements are met for uninterrupted business operations. This includes managing the setup of networks, hardware relocation, and vendor coordination.

My career spans a diverse range of sectors, including financial services, mining, telecommunications, legal, education, medical, and government, where I have led high-impact projects on tight schedules and budgets.
